Weekend mornings are full of fun when you have a fabulous brunch of homemade pancakes, crisp bacon, and fresh-squeezed fruit juices. Many people think that making pancakes takes too much preparation and a bit more stressful. Though it’s a myth satisfying the hungry pancake fans with homemade pancake is stressful.
However, making pancake never takes more than fifteen minutes when you have all the ingredients ready. You can cook several pancakes to perfection at a time by keeping the necessary components at hand. So, follow the steps described below to make the perfect pancakes.

Steps of making Pancakes
At first, take a medium-sized bowl and measuring cup for taking flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Then mix all the dry ingredients in the bowl with the whisk. In a separate bowl, take all the wet ingredients such as milk, egg, and oil. Then take a whisk and mix all the wet ingredients until the egg is broken up and mixed well.
When both mixtures are mixed well separately, pour the dry mixture to the wet one and mix with a whisk. Continue the process until the flour is shown. Never overmix the solution; it may make the batter tough to cook.
Pre-heat the pan
You are ready to go for the pancake. Everything is ready, and the mixture is up for making the funny pancakes. Hold on. Turn the stove on to medium heat level and place the pan on the burner. Never turn the heal level high when you are making pancakes. Otherwise, the pancake will turn into ash.
Here, you can test the heat level by sprinkling a few drops of water on the pan. If the water drops evaporate, then it shows that the pan is hot enough.
Get ready with the Pan
When the pan is hot enough, pour some oil into a bowl, and moisten a paper towel with the vegetable oil. Then wipe the bottom surface of the pan with the paper towel lightly to keep the pancakes from sticking.
After that, take 1/3 or ½ cup of batter and gently pour into the pan for each pancake. You can use a spoon or a spatula to spread the batter on the pan. You can draw different designs in the circles of the batter. Never forget to add pancake fillings.
Give a Final touch
You have already prepared the pancakes. Now, it’s time to turn the pancake. So, when the bubbles begin to pop in the middle, insert a spatula under the pancake’s middle. Then lift the pancake about an inch and flip it over quickly. Wait 2/3 minutes until it is fully baked.
Serve the pancakes to the hungry fans. You can also add authorized food color to make the pancakes colorful and lucrative. Also, apply different designs to make breakfast different from the same items.
